We deliver Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We’re closed on Sundays.

Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday, as Monday orders close Saturday at 12:00 PM.

We deliver in and outside Amsterdam:
• Within Amsterdam: Standard delivery fee €5.99
• Outside Amsterdam: Delivery fee is calculated automatically when you enter your address during checkout

No, we operate on a delivery-only basis. All orders must be delivered to ensure our cupcakes reach you in perfect condition. We do not have a pickup location or storefront.

While we cannot accommodate exact time requests, we offer three convenient delivery options:
• Standard (8 AM – 6 PM): €5.99
• Morning (before 12 PM): €10.99
• Early Morning (8-10 AM): €19.99

Routes are generated automatically for optimal delivery. You will receive tracking info around 8-9 AM on your delivery day.

We keep you informed about your delivery; on the delivery day around 8-9 AM, you’ll receive:
• Email with tracking information
• SMS text message with delivery updates
• You can follow your delivery progress through the tracking link and add instructions (if any)
• Our driver may contact you on the provided number if needed

• Unexpected delays may occur due to traffic or other circumstances. We’ll contact you if significant delays are expected

If you choose our Morning Delivery option:
• We aim to deliver before 1 PM
• If delivery occurs after 1 PM, you’ll receive a €5 coupon compensation
• Please note that traffic and unforeseen circumstances may affect timing

Delivery info

We need:
• Accurate delivery address
• Working mobile phone number (including country code if not Dutch)
• Valid email address
• Special delivery instructions (if any)
• For gift orders: please provide the recipient’s phone number, not your own

On delivery day:
• Around 9 AM, you’ll receive tracking information via both email and SMS
• The phone number is essential for delivery updates and any delivery issues
• Make sure to provide a working mobile number that can receive SMS
• Double-check your email address for tracking information

Contact Information

Please read carefully to avoid order cancellation without refund:
• We make ONE delivery attempt only
• Someone MUST be present to receive the order
• A working local phone number is REQUIRED
• If delivery fails because:
– No one is home
– Cannot reach provided phone number
– Wrong address provided
→ Order will be CANCELLED with NO REFUND
This strict policy exists because our cupcakes are freshly made and require proper handling and storage.

Important policy

We can handle orders of any size, from single cupcakes to large events of 1000+ cupcakes per day. For orders of 200+ cupcakes, please email us at info@vannesscupcake.com for special bulk pricing.

We offer volume-based discounts. Prices start at €3,95 per cupcake with discounts up to 18% on larger orders.

Note: All cupcakes are packed in our signature white boxes of 4, 6, 12, or 20. We’ll arrange your order in the most suitable combination.

Yes! We offer mini cupcakes in two options:
• Regular flavor mini cupcakes – Perfect for events and parties
• Corporate mini cupcakes – Featuring your logo or branding
Both available in vegan options.

We offer standard designs as shown on our website. The only customization we offer is logo/image printing on specific cupcakes marked as “logo cupcakes.”

No, we do not offer text writing or custom decorations besides our logo printing service.

We offer several storage options:
• Refrigerator: Store for 3-4 days
• Room temperature: Consume within 1 day
• Freezer: Store in airtight container for up to 1 month
Best enjoyed slightly cooler than room temperature!

All cupcakes are freshly baked for your order.

Ordering & Customization

Yes! We offer delicious cakes in most of our cupcake flavors. All our cakes are 20cm in diameter.

We offer semi-customization for cakes:
• Choose your cake flavor
• Select your filling
• Pick your frosting color
• Add logo/image printing (if desired)
Note: We do not offer custom decorations beyond these options.

We offer several storage options:
• Uncut cake in box: 3-4 days in fridge
• Cut cake: 3-4 days in airtight container in fridge
• Freezer: Up to 1 month in airtight container

Our 20cm cakes can be cut into:
• 12-14 party-size portions (larger slices)
• 24 wedding/event-style portions (smaller slices)

Cakes

• Logos are printed on 3cm edible wafer discs
• Files must be high-resolution
• Color variations may occur due to the printing material
• Available only on specific cupcakes where the option for uploading is available

Please note:
• Colors may appear different than on screen due to edible printing materials
• Light or pastel colors might not show up well on wafer discs
• Best results come from simple, high-contrast designs
• We cannot guarantee exact color matching

Logo Printing

No, we currently only offer regular and vegan options.

Yes, our vegan cupcakes are 100% plant-based. However, they are made in a kitchen where dairy products are used.

Our kitchen regularly processes Nuts, Wheat, Dairy and Eggs.
Cross-contamination is possible.

No, we don’t offer sugar-free options. All our cupcakes and cakes contain real sugar to maintain our signature taste and quality. While we do offer vegan options, these also contain sugar.

Dietary & Allergy info

We accept iDEAL, American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, AfterPay and Bancontant.

Orders must be cancelled 48 hours before delivery for refund eligibility.

Any changes to your order (quantity, flavors, delivery address, etc.) must be requested at least 48 hours before your delivery date. Changes requested within 48 hours of delivery cannot be accommodated.
